Community Service Programs in Action
Greetings on behalf of the members of The PEARL Foundation, Inc. The PEARL Foundation, Inc. is the philanthropic arm of the Rho Zeta Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Marietta, Georgia.
The mission of the Foundation is to improve the quality of life for Georgians by providing education initiatives that promote self reliance, self empowerment, and self determination. The Foundation sponsors programs that impact the lives of elementary, middle and high school students, as well as senior citizens in the community.
We encourage and welcome support of our programs from community members and the business community. Together, we can continue our legacy of community service. Donations to The PEARL Foundation, Inc. are tax deductible.

The foundation has funded $400,000 in community service activities and volunteered with several organizations such as MUST Ministries and the Hollydale Food Pantry. Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., the first African-American Greek-letter sorority, was founded on a mission comprised of five basic tenets which has remained unchanged since our inception in 1908.
