    Greetings!

    Greetings on behalf of the members of The PEARL Foundation, Inc.  The PEARL Foundation, Inc. is the philanthropic arm of the Rho Zeta Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Marietta, Georgia.

    The mission of the Foundation is to improve the quality of life for Georgians by providing education initiatives that promote self reliance, self empowerment, and self determination.  The Foundation sponsors programs that impact the lives of elementary, middle and high school students, as well as senior citizens in the community.

    We encourage and welcome support of our programs from community members and the business community.  Together, we can continue our legacy of community service.  Donations to The PEARL Foundation, Inc. are tax deductible.

    The PEARL Foundation, Inc. in conjunction with Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Rho Zeta Omega Chapter awarded $30,000 in scholarships to eight Cobb County high school seniors at its annual scholarship reception.  The reception was held on Saturday, May 4, 2019, at Zion Baptist Church, Marietta, Ga.
