    Community Service Programs in Action

  • Greetings!

On behalf of the members of The PEARL Foundation, Inc., welcome to our website where you can learn more about the mission of our organization. PEARL, which stands for People Educating And Reshaping Lives, is a 501©3 organization that has been actively providing effective and meaningful programming for over 12 years in the greater Cobb County community and beyond.  We strive to empower individuals for success by making grants and gifts in aid and support of cultural projects in the arts and humanities, encouraging and supporting education at all levels, health care for all segments of the community, financial literacy and economic empowerment, as well as a wide range of human services that aid in individual well-being.

The PEARL Foundation sponsors programs as well as collaborates with other organizations who are aligned with our mission. An example would be our annual scholarship program, which we execute in collaboration with Rho Zeta Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., where we provide scholarships to Cobb County students who are pursuing higher education. In 2021 alone, $32.5K in scholarships were provided to Cobb County graduating seniors. We are only able to accomplish implementation of our programming through the ongoing support of community members, organizational collaborations and the business community. If you are interested in helping to make a difference in the community, we encourage you to consider supporting the work of The PEARL Foundation, Inc. through a tax-deductible gift.

Just click on the “Donate” button on this page for information on how to make a gift. With your support, we can continue to educate and reshape lives.

    Sincerely,

    Stacy L. Grooms
